In November, Chris Murray conducted a strategic planning workshop with members of the Ntataise Network. This was an important process of review focusing on the financial status of the various organisations, looking at where they are and where they want to be in future. Chris’s approach was to keep it simple, encouraging members to include all their staff in strategic planning for the year ahead.
