Funder visits

Kirsten Koetsier from Deutsche Bank visited some of the playrooms of the practitioners participating in the FETC: ECD Level 4 accredited training programme in Viljoenskroon and Orkney. Ntataise trainers have already seen an improvement in the way the practitioners engage with the children in their playroom since the training began and noticed how the practitioners have gained in confidence.

Ntataise enjoyed showing Manie van der Schyff, Janet Woodrow, Raylene Naidu and Mavis Mlambo from Macsteel around ECD Centres in Welkom where practitioners are partaking in the ECD Centres of Excellence programme. This programme assists practitioners with the implementation of their theoretical training into the practical playroom environment and encourages a stimulating learning environment for young children.
