Please note: The final XP list on the app doesn’t automatically reflect the official winners. As per Championship Rule 1: Winner Verification, the top 20 entries in each category were carefully reviewed to make sure they followed all the rules.

Some entries were removed where the same or internet photos were used — because we want to celebrate real effort, creativity, and honesty. 💪✨

How to earn Championship Points

  1. Play the 6 quests and upload a video of your performance at the end of the final quest.
  2. Play in as many weekly bonus challenges as you can.
  3. Invite others to join the Championship using the Share button from the main screen. (max 100 XP)
    • Every time you send a message in the activity, you earn 20 XP. 
    • You can share up to 5 times in one session (that means before you log out), for a maximum of 100 XP.
    •  If you share fewer times, for example, only twice, you will only get 40 XP. Once you log out, you will no longer be able to earn more sharing points.
  4. Play the  “Musical Notes” game (Max 100xp).
    • To get all 100 XP, you need to achieve a HIGH SCORE in the game above 1000. 
    • Your score in the game can go higher, but you will not earn additional XP points. 
    • You can play as many times as you want to try and get a higher score.
  5. Stick to the Championship rules.

2025 Championship Rules

Championship Duration: The championship will run from September 1 to October 31, 2025.

  1. Winner Verification: The top 20 winners in all categories will have their entries thoroughly reviewed to ensure they comply with the rules.
  2. Ineligible Entries: Participants who answer challenges with images taken from the internet, created using AI tools, or an image out of context will not be eligible for prizes.
  3. Final Decision: Once Ntataise Trust determines the winners in any category, the decision will be final.
  4. Winner Announcement: Ntataise will announce the winners within two weeks of the championship’s final date.
  5. Prize Distribution: Ntataise will distribute all prizes before the end of 2025.
  6. One Entry Per Participant: Each participant is limited to one entry in the championship.
  7. Leaderboard and Points: All points for the championship are available on the Ntataise APP Championship 2025 Leaderboard.
  8. Spam messages on WhatsApp Channel: Unnecessary or repeated messages (spam) will be removed. If it happens frequently, we’ll send you a warning, and continued spamming may result in disqualification from the Championship.
  9. Eligibility: Participation in the 2025 Ntataise ECD Championship is open to all individuals in South Africa who care for young children. Your involvement is crucial to the success of our event.
  10. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that includes respectful behaviour and good sportsmanship. Any form of cheating, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate disqualification.
  11. Disqualification and Removal: Ntataise Trust reserves the right to remove any participants from the Ntataise App who post inappropriate content or violate the Ntataise 2025 ECD Championship rules or the website’s terms and conditions. This process is conducted fairly and transparently to maintain the integrity of the competition.
  12. Data Privacy: The app’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern data privacy. Please be aware that all submissions, including pictures, scores, and names, may be made public through the Ntataise App Feed, social media, or other publications.
  13. Submission Deadlines: Participants may submit entries for any quests or Challenges until the final day of the championship.
  14. Appeals: All results are final, and no appeals will be accepted.
  15. Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties, please contact the support team for assistance via our WhatsApp channel (https://bit.ly/NtataiseAppSupport) or call 067 040 8497. Issues not reported to Ntataise Trust cannot be used as grounds for appeal against the final results.
  16. Liability: Ntataise Trust is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the Ntataise 2025 ECD Championship.
  17. Changes to content or rules: Ntataise Trust reserves the right to modify the rules at any time. Although every effort was made to ensure the accuracy of the content in the Championship, Ntataise Trust reserves the right to make changes if necessary.

Ntataise Network Organisation Points Calculation:

The top organisation’s points are calculated based on:

  • The total score of all championship players who selected the organisation from the organisation/team list. This score is available on the Championship 2025 Org Leaderboard.
  • 30 points are awarded for each person who starts playing in the championship. These points are only available after the Championship.
  • 50 points for each person who finishes the championship. These points are only available after the Championship.
  • Bonus points, added after the championship.

Bonus Points for Ntataise Network Organisations:

  • Only organisations that submit photographs of the placed Ntataise 2025 Championship poster will receive 2000 bonus points.
