South African Music, Cocktails and Dinner, Silent auction
Ntataise: (Meaning to lead a young child by the hand and pronounced n-tata-ee-se.)
$ 10,000 FRIEND -
Seating for 8 people in a preferred location and special recognition in
event program - Roundtrip limousine transportation for you and your
guests to the celebration from the Tri-State area - An invitation from
Jane Evans, Ntataise Executive Director, to visit South Africa. Lodging
for two nights and roundtrip transportation via private car from
Johannesburg airport to Viljoenskroon (airfare not included).
Your generous contribution will allow Ntataise to:

Sustain 1 preschool
in a rural township including building structures, purchasing
equipment and supplies, running community involvement programs and
supporting ongoing teacher/parent training

Empower 4 rural
township women through a 2 year education/training course to become
preschool teachers
$ 5,000 FRIEND - Seating for 6 people
in a preferred location and special recognition in the event program
Your generous contribution will allow Ntataise to:

Run HIV/AIDS
support groups attached to 6 preschools for 1 year reaching over 200
families

Run parent
involvement groups at 6 preschools for 1 year of parent education
and training
-
Train 16 community
leaders to establish preschools in their townships
$ 2,000 FRIEND - Seating for 2 people
in a preferred location and special recognition in event program
Your generous contribution will allow Ntataise to:

Purchase
educational equipment for a class of 25 children

Furnish art
supplies for 1 year for 5 preschool classes

Build fences to
enclose 3 preschools and adjoining play areas

Furnish outdoor
equipment for 1 preschool play area
Deadline for
sponsorship and program inclusion with camera ready ad: September 30,
2005
Make checks payable to: “Friends of South African Rural Pre-School
Development.” Contributions are tax deductible to the full extent of the
law. A confirmation of donation status will be mailed to you after
October 15, 2005.
